The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Consumer Agreement
- Orders received by www.jennifershon.com are filled on a first come first serve basis. Some pieces are made to order so there might be a delay between the time that you place your order and the time it actually ships. We will notify you if we are sold out of the item and the estimated time of delivery.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping throughout the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) via First Class USPS. International shipping is $15.
- Sales Tax
- The current sales tax rate of 9.75% is charged to all orders shipping within California regardless of billing address.
- Return Policy
- All merchandise must be unused and have tags attached. To receive a full refund for your Item(s) they must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the product, no exceptions. Before sending the item, you must email returns@jennifershon.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you send the item back without receiving a RA# or after the 14 day deadline, you will receive a credit with us. All sale items are a final sale.
- Miscellaneous
- If a piece is broken with wear, we will try our best to fix the problem. Email repairs@jennifershon.com and let us know what you need fixed.
